Candidates shall handle all Sales and Marketing activities for his region on behalf of the company. His other responsibilities include: recruiting, orienting, training, scheduling, planning and monitoring organizational functions. He must also contribute in strategic plan making, enforcing policies and procedures and achieve sales operational objective.
Experience: 20+ Years
Location: Ganesh Complex, Howrah, Kolkata
Candidates shall be responsible for the overall production process that includes monitoring product standards, selection and maintenance of equipment, and implementing quality control measures. He has to supervise and motivate his team and draft timescale for jobs. At the same time, he will also be responsible for making the whole production process cost effective.
