Neerava Hygiene Manufacturing Unit

The manufacturing unit of Neerava Hygiene is strategically located at Ganesh Complex, NH6, Howrah. This facility utilizes the latest technology and machinery to ensure high-quality production. Skilled teams of experts oversee and certify that all procedures comply with stringent quality and safety standards.
State-of-the-Art Plant: The facility spans 25,000 sq. ft. and is constructed using reinforced cement concrete (RCC), providing a solid foundation for manufacturing.
Production Lines: Equipped with five dedicated production lines that combine automatic and semi-automatic machines, allowing for efficient and flexible operations.
Specialized Facility for Disinfectant Toilet Cleaner: This area features FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) tanks and two dedicated filling lines, ensuring optimal conditions for production.
R&D Capabilities: Neerava Hygiene has the ability to develop new and innovative products based on customer requirements, fostering creativity and responsiveness in product offerings.
In – House Water Treatment Plant: The facility features a modern reverse osmosis (RO) plant with a daily capacity of 25,000 liters, specifically designed for water treatment in the manufacturing of home care products. This state-of-the-art system ensures high-quality water by effectively removing impurities, which is crucial for maintaining product standards. Regular maintenance and monitoring are essential for optimal performance, and the plant can be customized to meet specific requirements, ensuring efficient and reliable water supply for production processes.

Toilet Cleaner Unit

Neerava Hygiene, a pioneer in toilet cleaner manufacturing, uses heavy-duty Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic reactor tanks for producing toilet cleaners. Special care is taken to ensure safe production, with all necessary precautions strictly maintained around the manufacturing unit. The unit has a total production capacity of 10 MT per day.

Liquid Cleaner Unit

Neerava Hygiene's advanced manufacturing facility produces a range of Liquid Cleaner, including Floor Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner, Hand Wash, Glass Cleaner, and Disinfectants. High-quality raw materials ensure compliance with international standards. The QC team monitors product quality at every stage to guarantee timely delivery. The facility has a production capacity of 6 lakh litres per month, with an RO plant capacity of 25000 litters per day.
